audiodef
Here are a couple of suggestions: 1. Download the latest NMM, 0.65.4, from https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/releases 2. Keep in mind that some moves won't happen anyway. .esm files can't be moved, and sometimes NMM will not let me drag an .esp near the top to near the bottom. I use Wrye Bash for that, but only if NMM balks at an .esp. Let me know if upgrading NMM helps. Edited May 14, 2018 by audiodef
Vanguardascendant
An alternate solution is to remove your Creation Club mods from the data folder. That's mainly if you're hesitant about upgrading your NMM version. That being said, I think that audiodef's solution is better. I upgraded to NMM 0.65.4 and it runs pretty smoothly.
