Transformation mod request

I have been thinking of a mod where you turn into werewolf at every night but if you are a vampire before getting the disease you will turn only half werewolf/half vampire (like in underworld evolution [so that the player wont turn into full werewolf but still sharpening teeth and that kind of things]) so you dont lose your spell casting ability and you can still talk to npc. And that even without vampirism you can control the transformation if you have high enough willpower and strength but you lose a lot of health and that you can even turn into lich... i know theres lich and werewolf mods but i want someone to make that you can be werevampirelich . sounds maybe pretty weird but thats something i really always have wanted :P and maybe zombies could disease player so that hes body begins to rot so that he gets a lot of more endurance and strength but loses a lot of willpower and intelligence but can get intelligence back permanently by eating like 30 brains or something :D and then what i always wanted... that player can turn into half dragon! like wings on hes/her back and a tail and ability to fly and breathe fire... that would be like best mod iv ever seen if someone rly makes it... if you who sees this makes it... then :thanks:

Sorry but i dont just like midas spells and they feel so cheat but if some1 just could make mod like that with not so cheat powers and midas transforms only to a few strange forms but i would like to add there quests like brain eating and getting your inlligence back and gaining the blessing of the dragon and turn into half dragon and like that.
