Mod Conflicts?

Ok so I'm new to the overall modding oblivion thing and I have read lots about what can and cannot happen when loading so for good measure I'm posting the following list to see if anyone knows of any strange quirks I might run into with these mods. For example is there a preferred install order or anything like that. The following isn't in an order just categories I used when designing the game experience I was looking for.

 

The Setup - Oblivion, Knights of the Nine, Shivering Isles and all DLC content. ( OBMM, OBSE FCOM Helper for load order)
