There is this mod author OminousVoice who created Thor armor & hammer for SSE. You should leave a post there. He is ready to make Stormbreaker but has asked for a Mesh(3d model). A modder has agreed to make it, but it's taking him time. So we all are pushing him & reminding him continuously to get it done lol.
