CTD Loading and Starting New Game

I've been getting CTDS both loading and starting new games. I've sorted it by LOOT, and there seem to be no issues with load order. Right before the CTDS, I had installed WICO, Undeath, Helgen Reborn, Achievement Enabler, Enhanced Character Editor, and Show Race Menu Alternative, with Helgen Reborn and Achievement Enabler being the last ones I had installed. Upon deactivating them, I continued to have the problem. I have also attempted to deactivate all the above mods, but to no avail.

If it's of use, the game loads for a couple of seconds before crashing. Also, here are my specs:

Processor Intel® Core i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 Video Card

#2 Intel® HD Graphics 630

RAM 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit

After extensive troubleshooting, I have found the source of the problem: Bruma, Beyond Skyrim SE. Does anyone have any idea why this may be? I like the mod, and would rather not uninstall it.

 

EDIT: Nevermind: For anyone having a similar problem in the future: Apocalypse is incompatible with Bruma, Beyond Skyrim. It works fine without it.
