When typing in skyrim I get squares instad of lower case

I have windows 7 home premium Hebrew version. and when I type in Skyrim (item names, character names etc) for lower case letters i get squares instead of the letters. I can by pressing shift get capital letters but its annoying. also now that I use SkyUI its also frustrating to press shift every time I wanna look for something in my inventory.

 

I tried this mod Direct Input Paste to at least be able to copy paste armor/weapons names into the game and that they will look how I want them too. but still it will only paste capital letters. if I copied some thing that is in lower case letters when I copy paste it into Skyrim the cursor will move a little but nothing will be copied.
