ManleySteele Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 Secrets of the Silver Blades for me. Bought it on a lark and have been hooked ever since. I had played all the older games at on time or another but none of them addicted me like SOSB did.
iXenite Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 I suppose the first game that got me "addicted" to gaming would be Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty on the PS2.
Di0nysys Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Probably with Super Mario Land on Gameboy. About the only Mario game not developed by Miyamoto. Enjoyed the hell out of Mario 2 as well. Still play it now on my phone. The game world in 2 was incredible. Open hub design and branching levels was something groundbreaking at the time. I'd also blame Command and Conquer for thousands of hrs gone modding and playing it.
ItsNotTheRealOfficial Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 It was Tomb Raider. I loved everything about the game: the expeditions, the characters, the storyline...I couldn't get enough of it.
BrizzleTheMage Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 For me it was Oblivion, when I was 9 I played it and loved the story. Then I got Skyrim and play it way more than I should.
LivingSamosa Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Perhaps one of the greatest games in all of history, a game so endless man takes months to simply catch em all, Pokémon Firered.
