Reformatting the HDD, which files should I back up?

Upgrading my MOBO and Processor, so gotta re-install windows. I can easily re-download all my mods, but I was wondering if there is any .ini files that I should back up so that way my save is not corrupted or anything. Do any of the mods change .ini settings? or the mods make some files where the preferences for such mods are stored? 1st time I re-install skyrim, so kind of lost.

 

I keep thinking about WOW add-ons, where you had to back up the preference files, that way add-on settings (UI placement, colors, etc) stayed the same after re-installing. So I thought it was the same with skyrim.
