How to move/copy .nif files?

I just purchased a new PC and wanted to move my Skyrim folder within Steam over to the new HD.. when i try to either copy or physically move the Skyrim folder, the transfer process freezes at certain .nif files and doesnât continue..

 

This files are only a few KBâs in size, but they are mesh textures so i donât want to skip over them, but even trying to move them to a flash drive freezes the transfer.. what is going on??
