Could anyone assist me with wrye mash?

I thought I installed it but it will not find the file. i loaded it into the morrowind folder.

 

 

i run bethesda from CD

 

 

 

If anyone could link me to the exact files I need and a breif and basic step by step using the wrye mash for the mods to work in sync.

 

I would appreciate it. I could never get it to work for oblivion. so i always wound up reinstalling over and over.

 

 

with the game and mods Im using now, i am sure I could clear up the texture load issues im having. I am just sick of clicking execute anyway with the load screen and certain area cells.
