Experiencing constant CTDS out of nowhere

So I finished the wolf queen quest and went back to Solitude to turn it in when suddenly my game started crashing when I went to leave Proudspire. I went back to my previous save and went to the blue palace and when I tried to leave the game kept crashing. So now whenever I try to save, fast travel or enter a building the game crashes. I tied lowering my video settings and uninstalling some mods I don't really use. Nothing worked,
