A little help on install order

Well, I played the game a year or so back, and didn't really get much out of it, I played the arena and that was about it really. I'm wanting to play again and having looked around, I've made a list of mods I want to install. The thing is, the order to install them in, compatibility, and redundancy.

Can anybody take the time to tell me if any of these make each other redundant, if any aren't compatible at all, and if there's any order I should install them in?

I read on A's list that the unofficial patch should be before the overhaul, that the guards remove female guards from the imperial city, and that the signs should be installed in the order I have listed them in.

Also, tell me if its a lost cause and if it'd be best just to streamline the game and just put a few of these in (and in that case you opinion as to which).

Unofficial Patch

OOO

Guards

Streamline

Low Grass

Optimize

Better Signs

Improved Signs

Weathered Signs

Environments

Deadly Reflex

Thieves Arsenal

Cities Alive at night

Distant Ruins

Clocks

Combat Sounds

Physics

Bank

Open Cities

Thanks for your time

Update:

Well, I've had a play of oblivion today on the best computer in the house, probably the only one worth trying (my desktop used to be better) and it plays on low graphics, so forget about streamlining and optimizing and low poly grass.

The main ones I really want are combat sounds, physics, and the deadly reflexes. Although I really do want open cities, reneer's guards, and the prettiness of signs, open cities, cities alive at night, and that environment pack.

Is there a good chance of these working fine? I can live without OOO and the UOP, the thieves arsenal, the bank, and the distant ruins.
