Skyrim Shading Issue

When workshop came out for skyrim, I download a series of mods that improved the games graphics, lighting, etc. Eventually I uninstalled them for some reason, and I believe one of them had to do with realistic lighting/shading. Either that mod didnt uninstall correctly, or something else happened, because there are no casted shadows in skyrim. None. Everywhere my Daedric Warrior walks, people, plants, trees, animals, dragons, walls, buildings, nothing casts a single shadow in my game. On top of that, whenever I walk under and arch, or tree, or typically anywhere that casts a large amount of light or shading. Either it seems like an eclipse is about to happen, since one tree can cast a shadow across the land, or if I obstruct the light of a fire in a cave, everything in front of me is almost pitch black.

If you didnt catch any of that, bottom line, I need Skyrim's default shading back, and no amount of file deleting has solved this problem. Ive reinstalled this game 4 times, each time deleting different files, and eventually the whole thing, including any mods I had.

If anyone needs example, Ill try to upload some images I took from my gamemplay.

Have you tried getting rid of the .ini config files located in My Documents? If not, try moving them (Skyrim.ini and SkyriPrefs.ini located at \My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\) to a temporary location (your desktop for example). When you start Skyrim, it will automatically create new, untweaked, configs.

Unfortunately that didnt work (Thats just my luck). At first I had deleted the files, and didnt remember to just move them, but new version were created anyways, to which I tried the same thing 2 more times without deleting them, and just moving them.

Does this issue persist if you start a new character from scratch? If not, it could be saved into your character file.

Tried it, first time with my mods activated, second time with no mods activated, and deleted the ini. files so new ones might replace them.

I'm assuming the issue persisted on a new character? Are you on an AMD card with the 12.2/12.3 catalyst drivers? If so, try updating to the newest (I believe 12.4) drivers available. There's a known issue with those drivers and using AA in Skyrim, it's fixed i the newest version however.
