LE Are there gold piles in Skyrim?

I'm working on a house mod, and just like the title says, I wondered if there are any Gold Piles in the game files? Just static objects that look like piles of gold.

I think I remember having seen them while gaming, but I can't remember where (I could be wrong though).

 

So is there a object like this? and what is it called?
