CTD after Logo/before menu NMM user

I wanted a change to Path of Sorcery while using Ordinator, for a change after many hours (years). But it would constantly CTD on startup. So I uninstalled POS and its patches (and deleted completely) and returned to my working Load Order, but it still CTD on startup. I ran SSEdit and no crash. Verified LOOT matched up, but nothing. I usually know what to do on troubleshooting but I can't figure it out. Hoping for an answer.

 

Also SKSE is current.

Hmm... TBH, I haven't used all of the mods you have in your load order myself, so it's somewhat difficult to say.

 

Crash on Bethesda screen usually means "missing masters". So triple-check if all your compatibility patches are really needed and if they are the right versions. It's not unlikely to loose track of "compatibility here and compatibility there" and install the "wrong" compatibiliy patch (i.e. one for a mod you don't actually have installed).

 

You may also download "Wrye Bash" and (ab)use it as a troubleshooting tool. Have a look at the colors of the files and checkboxes. "Red" means "missing requirements". Check, if there are any plugins marked red in your load order. I know, LOOT basically does the same thing, but warnings in "LOOT" are somehwat easier to overlook...
