brewu_4 Posted July 31, 2003 Posted July 31, 2003 nope but you need to get either Photo shop or paint shop pro. There are others but those are the most used. If you are just begining you may want to start with PSP its much less complicated but not as powerful. I only use it to recolor, i cant even retexture theres a 60 day trial version available of PSP

brewu_4 Posted July 31, 2003 Posted July 31, 2003 the mesh has to be. do you know how to get the meshes for the cs cd on your hard drive? well you do that you find what you want to resking change its name and open it up in nif texture. you will see a list of all the texutres it uses so you have to put the ones you made in their spots. So when yuo do that you have to creat a new body part in the CS and link it to your new mesh

brewu_4 Posted August 1, 2003 Posted August 1, 2003 well if you are just using 3ds max for skinning thats a waste. i am not familiar with 3ds max so i can't telly ou unless its a question about textures themselves.
