Shivering Isles Exp. doesnt work

Greets - i got Shivering isles expansion, i did a full clean install of oblivion on my Laptop (Oblivion never been installed there before)

then i installed SI - and the latest bethesda patch 1.2.0416

Only mod which is running is Kobus - so i can skip intro and have the better level system.

 

But - after resting for 24 hours in tiber septim hotel in a bed i dont get this MSg u shoud get that this gate of madness appeared, in fact neither on my laptop or ma main PC i have this new MSG - doesnt matter how often ir st for 24 hours in a bed - any ideas ? - thanks

Visit the actual site located just NE of Bravil. If the site isn't there, you either installed it wrong, or failed to have the plugin active.
