Looking for a voice mod and combat effects mod

Does anyone know if there are any voice mods (not NPC dialogue obviously) that replaces the combat cries? I don't really like vanilla battle cries.

Also are there any mods that makes combat more realistic by adding blood/cut marks where you hit enemies? It's kind of funny that you use a kill move on an enemy (like the slow impale), yet there's not a single blood mark on the body, no holes and no cuts or anything.
