Ghost Walk Mod - Suggestions/Help

I recently created a spell that does the same thing as a Philter of the Phantom, in the sense it makes you look like a ghost.

 

Currently it lasts for 5 min and has no other benefits other than what you gained from the original potion.

 

Is it possible with the Creation Kit to make the spell work with a toggle?
