AnimTextData CRASHES MY GAME

so i downloaded an animation mod and a weapon mod which has it's own animation and stuff. but after installing the mods when i enter my game it all works fine until i load a game. i even tried starting a new game but it just crashes after that. even if i do nothing and just wait in my main menu screen. after 5-6 mins it crashes itself. i tried many different ways trying to solve the problem but i couldn't. At last, i discovered that if i remove the 'AnimTextData' folder that comes with weapon mods and animation mods then my game works fine but the mods get f**ked up. For example, the weapon 'FN P90' has it's own animations and it comes with AnimTextData folder. if i remove the animtextdata folder the weapon shows up and it works fine but only in 1st person. when i equip the gun in 3rd person my character walks very slowly like really slow. so i went to the 'bugs' section of the 'FN P90' on nexus and found out that someone had this problem too. but a lil different from me. he/she could install the mod properly with the animtextdata folder but his/her animations were f**ked up too. the mod author replied to him/her saying that it will work properly if you install it correctly WITH THE ANIMTEXTDATA folder (which means that it is important for the animations to work properly and me deleting the folder was of no benefit). well he/she found her own fix by tinkering here and there. but idk how to fix my problem. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!!!!!

Yeah, yeah ... Sorry for digging up this one, But ...

1.) This is Google's #1 and still not answered

2.) Came back to Fallout 4 after a long time of FO4 abstinence and experienced (previously on Win 10, now on Win 11) an "Unexpected Access Violation".

While using Win 10 everything was fine, but using FO4 on Win 11 with exactly the same Mod-Loadout, it gave me those "Unexpected Access Violation" right before the mainmenu comes up. After completely re-installing FA4 + each and every Mod one-by-one to try to figure out which Mod is causing that, I came to the conclusion, the only difference between Mods NOT causing it and the ones causing it is the "AnimTextData" folder. Here in my case, this folder has insufficient ACCESS-PERMISSIONS set and thus resulting in FO4 CTD with an "Unexpected Access Violation".

To solve this issue, I had to add some additional permissions to the AnimTextData folder (and most likely its sub-folders) by opening that folders "security-tab". I had to give permissions that ANY User / App / Software is allowed to access the folder and files in there. Luckily Win 11 allowed me to use "Inheritance" for the sub-folders, so a one timer. Suddenly, due to my lack of knowledge of "Techy-Win-English" I can not give a step-by-step, you have to figure out yourself how to change / add those permissions. Only thing I can say is: check the permissions given to any other folder within FO4/data/meshes so you can compare if you did it correctly.

Sorry for that, maybe someone speaking native english can explain exactly how to do that.
