Own world maps, how? HELP

There is no quick way to do this. Depending on what sort of look you were trying to get, it could take a very long time, and quite a bit of skill just to get the image looking right. Even with an image, it can still be rather difficult to get parts of the map lined up with parts of your worldspace. For smaller worldspaces, less than 20x20 cells, getting a map that lines up can be almost impossible due to how the game cuts off portions of the right side and the bottom. For small worldspaces you are often best off by just leaving the map unchanged, or directing the path to a blank parchment looking texture. For those small worlds, most of where you need to go can probably be seen without looking at a map, and even then the local maps, or map markers against a blank map are usually good enough to get you around.

Keep in mind, any map texture you plan to use needs to be in the "\Oblivion\Data\Textures\Menus\Map\World\" folder. The capital letters are important, and need to be there for anything to be linked.

export the hight map and work on that in an image manipulator like the gimp its all colour coded in 32 bit raw (not the easiest of formats to get working) but it is possible then when you trace in the paths and outline the cities etc its not to hard to put it back in and it will line up perfectly (don't know why they didn't do a better job with the SI map)

however if you are asking if you want to make your own world space of an island then check the cs wiki it isn't hard but it is time consuming.
