Yeah, my quadcore is wasted on Bethesda. They really need to bloody update their engine. No, wait, make a new engine. Any solutions for the above though?

I've got some news for you. I found out that everything I said about Dragon Falls Manor causing the problem was just bulls***, sorry ;-) The missing meshes got me again some days later when entering Blackreach what seems to be the biggest dungeon I've yet discoverd in Skyrim, it's just wooooow ;-) Nevertheless, on my first travel I felt through the invisible floor as always. Then I Decided I could give deactivating texture mods a try. Luckily, SkyrimHD textures, which I'm using, come in a FULL and in a LITE package, so I deactivated the FULL-package for Dungeons and installed the LITE-variant. After that I optimized my mod files using SMCO, an absolutely invaluable program in this context. If you give it try, keep in mind that it will take about an hour to fully optimize everything. So after this procedure everything was just great and I could hack&slash myself through Blackreach :-) Give it a go, and if you're not using any texture mods at all then ,I'm afraid, you will have to lower texture quality in the launcher.

I doubt it has anything to do with the quality of the textures in the launcher. Don't know if you've read Nvidia's optimizing article back when Skyrim came out? It basically described how much the texture quality setting affected the look of the texture. Not at all, really.

Ok, didn't know that, but my actual point was the texture mods ;-)
