SKSE Starts, then Hangs

All of you have seen, helped, or dealt with this problem before, but I swear this was the most annoying bs I have ever seen lately. Here's a little rundown:

 

I resintalled all of Skyrim last night, including all of my mods (it took me six and a half hours, and I didn't finish until 1 am where the whole game worked EXCEPT HDT). So I just shut my computer off and waited to do it this morning. Now I reinstalled XP32 Extended and it wouldn't start, so I reused LOOT, but now nothing is working. SKSE shows the prompt, then hangs, then nothing. Skyrim Launcher won't even launch the game.

 

I have tried:

1. SKSE.ini [General] to clear orphans
2. Reinstalled SKSE
3. Verified the Cache
4. Praying

Any help, guys? It's such a pain in the ass!
