LMCC Not Working

I'm having an issue with LooksMenu Customization Compendium. Namely, none of the tattoos, scars, blemishes, etc. are working. The options for them are all there, but, when I select one, it doesn't appear. I'm also having the dark faces bug, but, only with face presets, and, then, only most of them. I suspect the issues are related, and, more than likely, due to something I did. Can anyone help point me in the direction of what I screwed up?
