Animations and new monsters/characters/races

Hey guys im wondering if its possible to create new animations for skyrim yet? Im pretty sure it is because i have seen them done in mods like 'Dovahkin Relaxes Too' and stuff like that.

 

So what im looking to do is to create new attack animations for weapons, as well as animations for new characters and monsters. If this is possible, what tools will i need? I already have and know how to use nifskope, 3ds max, the Fallout Mod Manager and the creation kit obviously.

I'd like some guidance and information on this as well, as I'm trying to introduce some new environmental creatures (fish, turtles, etc.) into the game but I'm at a complete loss as to how to bring in the wholly new stuff. Fish at least I can use an existing nif and skeleton.

I've only seen creatures that reuse the animation graphs and sounds of existing Skyrim creatures, but with new meshes and textures applied to them.

 

Same here, and I've gone through dang near every mod on the Nexus looking for one that actually had something wholly new and not based on an existing creature's skeleton or animation.

If you have 3DS then there is Animation Tutorial for 3DsMax.

 

However you cannot add NEW attack o movement animation to the game, only replace them. Noone understands that yet, due to missing tools and project files to make those behavior files. Only Idles can be added. See FNIS, link in my signature.
