Shadow Warrior acting really weird

Okay, so I got the Shadow Warrior perk, which stops combat momentarily when you crouch. Well, I tried it out on a couple of monsters (a troll and a snow sabre cat, respectively) and it causes some really weird effects.

 

First of all, it does stop combat like it says, with the eye meter going from "Detected" to "Hidden" in a second. However, whatever enemies I'm fighting start to spaz out by randomly "teleporting" from one spot to another all over the place as if their framerate dropped into single digits, quickly getting closer to me and killing me in a few seconds, ending with my smoky black/invisible body flying up into the air and landing dead on the ground. I also noticed the smoke particle effects on my character doing to same stuttering movement as well.

 

I looked online and read in a few places that the latest patch has made the shadow warrior perk bugged. Is that what happened, or could it be a mod conflict? Here's all the mods I have in order:

On an unrelated note, is there a way to get a full list of all your mods in a handy list? I had to type this out by hand because I don't know how to do it (Yeah I know I'm hopeless).
