Ability to mark explored dungeons on map

Greetings,

 

if there is already a mod which does this then perhaps someone would be so kind as to point me in the right direction.

 

I'd like to see a mod which will show us which dungeons we have already explored (or even better, one which marks their location and then updates to show them as explored when we actually do).

For that, you might want to take a look at xebeth's Map Markers. It has some limited functionality and seems to be forever unfinished, but it's still useful.

Jannix Quinn made a mod that allows you to buy signposts to place outside of places to identify them- signs such as ' Bandits', 'Undead', Vampires, unexplored, Goblin nest, dangerous and others

Just about anything by JQ is worth looking at.

 

Unfortunately, this does not mark them on the map. I t would be nice if one of our experienced modders could make us a mod that allows us to change the color of a map marker to indicate whether it has actually been explored.

There's the freshly-released Elys' Map Markers Be Done. That does just about exactly what you're asking, allowing the player to append "Done" to the name of any map markers.
