HDT Not Working Propery

Hello I recently installed the following using mod organizer.

SKSE

Realistic Ragdolls and force

fores new idles

the ordinary women

CBBE

Bodyslide

Race Menu

HDT physic Extension

HDT B and B physics

xp32

vanilla armor and clothing conversions with hdt

 

 

 

 

So far everything works properly for both the player, both clothed and unclothed.

However for the npcs it only jiggles while clothed, and unclothed it goes back to the standard CBBE body ( I think as nude doesnt jiggle). Any ideas of what could be causing this?

It turns out that it does work for most npcs, it just the ones in riverwood that for some reason.
