Vigilant mod- crashing near Beacon of Stendarr

I know this is a long shot on such a specific situation, but I've posted this on the mod page and steam, with no replies so far. My game crashes whenever I come near the Beacon of Stendarr. I would appreciate any help in solving the problem, I started playing the Vigilant mod for the first time since it's most recent update. I finished the first few quests of EP. 1, I beleive the quest I am on now is called "Endless Falling" or something similar. Everytime I try to fast travel to, or even get near Stendarr's Beacon it crashes. Up to this point I have already visted the location multiple times, as you have to for the previous quests, I didn't have any problems. I am fairly certain I do not have any conflicting mods, especially that affect that area of the world. I have loaded it at the very bottomr of my load order just in case yet it still crashes.
Also, I am aware of the debug/ storage room. I tried to use the debug room to skip EP.1, but it still crashes anywhere near the Beacon. I have also tried to disable any mods I have heard that may conflict with Vigilant in general, yet nothing helped at all. I have even tried to go through my entire load order disableing a few at a time and it never helped. I have all the typical crash fixers, even the one recommended.

If anyone could help I would appreciate it, especially if I'm just being completely stupid about it lol.
