Deleted or Hidden mods [Flip the Bird & 40K Guardsmen armors]

Not sure if this is the correct sub forum to ask but is there any word on these mods?

 

Flip the Bird, allows hotkey to mock enemies.

40k Guardsman Armors, adds Warhammer 40,000 Guardsman armors.

 

Are they being worked on by the creators or are they gone for good?

well , if they are hidden or removed , you won't be able to find them using the search function (I tried to find them but couldn't)

usually hidden files have some message as to why they are hidden , but for this you'll have to find a link to the mod's page

if you can find such a link , you can see what it says

but without it , we can't really tell you (unless the authors of these mods happen to see this)
