Enable Persistant Children?

So, I'm modding a vanilla house and I run into a weird issue. Maybe there's an easy solution, but I have no clue at the moment:

I wanted several objects be enabled by a parent object, an xmarker, like it's done in all vanilla houses. This worked fine, until I noticed that many persistant objects with scripts will loose their function, say they eat the weapons. This affects display cases, weapon racks and plaques. Anyone has an idea what causes this?

I looked at the vanilla objects and it seems that these persistant objects never get enabled by a parent. But how?

I further looked at the housepurchase quest, but I could not find any scripts or fragments that make the objects get enabled.

Does anyone know, how it's handled in the game?

Edit:

I justed noticed, that display cases actually ARE enabled by parent, only Activators for weapon plaques

and racks are not. But the problem remains.

Another question: would it be possible to add a script to the xmarker, that will execute, once the xmarker gets enabled? What event is needed for that?

Any help, hints and suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Regards

Ghaun

No one has an idea? Maybe I should give some more information on the issue:

Before I tested it, I made clean save without any mods installed and right before purchasing the house. I also coc'ed into the game from the main menu, no difference. The display cases, weapon racks and plaques do not work, eating the weapons.

Whenever I remove the enable parent setting from the child references, they work without issues. :wallbash:
