I started a new game, this time as a Thief and was looking forward to adding and playing Thieves Guild for Good Guys... but... I am trying to use the Manually Download for my Skyrim mods as according to my computer tech support "your system isn't tested for the upgrade that is automatically attempting to download and change your pc..." with a lot of tech jargen that I have no understanding of... ANYways... I have been trying to use the Manual Download button to be a kind of Workaround and my Mod Organizer program would use the Manually Downloaded Mod and add it to my other mods that way. However....when I try to click on the Manual Download button, I get error 403 Forbidden in the newly opened window. I have gone to permissions in settings area... I can't find where I change to where Manual Downloads are allowed.... A little help please...
