would like bit more info about nmm not downloading or updating error

this problem i believe is already commonly known

but id mostly like to know slightly more about.

so i cannot update or download anything because web issues or something.

but i can still acces NMM website. so that just doesn't seem logical in my head.

also its like this now for 30 minutes. thought you should know
