New content mods

I am having a lot of problems with mods that add new content, eg quest packs such as wheezers and Milans dungeon packs. The game CTD as soon as a save game loads. When I go back to the NMM and uncheck the mod and remove it the game runs fine. I have read, somewhere, that the USKP creates a lot of conflict issues with packs that add dungeons etc. Is this the case? I also have the SOS-Dungeons mod and I have tried to run the packs without SoS but still get the same CDT's. Can anyone shed any light? I shall be posting my mod list later when I get home. I use BOSS to get the load order, Wyre Bash for bashed patch and NMM to manage and run the game.

 

PS My specs: i7 quad processor, 8 gigs ram and GTX 460 1 gig
