hielkeskyrim
I finished modding and made my first Bash Patch. In the spoiler down below is the error message I received when Wrye Bash finished. What does it mean? Saving those two mods in the CK will probably solve the issue, but I would like to know what it means. QuagaarWarrior
Yes I think you need to resave in the CK. As you have already mentioned it I will assume you know what to do. Dont forget to clean in SSEEdit afterwards - its good practiceWrye Bash is kicking out any mods not in form 44 as they need to be resaved
hielkeskyrim
Should you also apply cleaning if LOOT does not detect any ITM or deleted references?
QuagaarWarrior
I cannot remember which guide it was that taught me how to convert mods but it recommended doing it in all cases regardless of what loot detected.I do not really use Loot anywayThe guide was probably DirtyWeaselMedia on YouTube Edited May 31, 2018 by QuagaarWarrior
hielkeskyrim
I will check that guide out tonight. Why don't you use loot? Loot is amazing in my opinion.
QuagaarWarrior
Loot was great when I first started but after a while I just found I could eyeball my mod list and order it better than loot could.I also like to categorise my mod list like having all the tree/grass/vegetation mods togetherKeep in mind loot is only a rough guide. If a mod page says to load a mod in a certain place make sure you follow the mod page advice and not loot
hielkeskyrim
I assume you use MO2. How to best categorize your mods? I have put them all into categories but it is still really easy to lose the overview. I have heard people use separations through empty mods? Although I do not know how this works. QuagaarWarrior
Yeah MO2.Double click on overwrite at the bottom of the left pane. Right click anywhere in the box that pops up. Create new folder. Name it whatever ou want (vegetation, patches etc.). Click ok/done. Right click on overwrite. Create mod. Name the mod whatever you like (vegetation, patches etc). Now just drag and drop wherever you want it I think that is right but doing it from memory as not at my computer
