well i ve thinkd about how would it be nice to have dragons like rathalos and others from the games Monster Hunter and Dragon Dogma

anyone knows if its possible?

sure it's possible, but you'd have to have someone willing to recreate these models because neither of these titles are on PC, and even if they were uploading them on Nexus would get the author banned. after the models and textures are done (a lot of effort), it would be as simple as swapping out the meshes and such, easily done even without the CK.

Because its illegal to use/port direct resources from another game.
