Making new races with new faces,

I am currently working on a new race mod for Skyrim and have run into a problem with facegen. I want to be able to use a completely different head mesh but the game automatically applies all the vanilla facial parts and morphs to any new mesh.

 

How do I either,

 

A) Disable this behavior altogether?

 

or preferably,

 

B) Make my head mesh use it's own facegen setup
