MasterChanger
As a relatively new user to the Nexus, I am pretty disappointed to see that having registered for the forums does not allow me to download files. Apparently there is a separate registration needed to download files (at least those larger than 25 MB). Being that I already have approximately 3.7x10^8 internet logins, needing two separate ones for the same site is pretty irritating. This is especially the case because much of the benefit of the Nexus is bringing content together with forums for discussing that content. Am I just being a bonehead and missing something, or are two logins really required? If so, is there a reason?
Tchos
The same login information should work for both the forum and the file portal. It's true that it seems to use a separate system to keep track of whether you're logged in on one or the other, but it's the same account for both. I guess it's not that different if I FireFox remember the passwords for both sites. I do think it's a bit needlessly confusing, though. On to the downloads!
