Blade of sacrifice causing problems...?

So as the title says, I have been crashing when I get near the shrine of boethiah. I've starting spawning things related to the area/quest. I could go near it when the quest didn't begin. But AFTER it was it starting having issues when I got near the area.

 

Been trying to figure out what's causing this to happen. Also, i'd like to note that I don't have a lot of knowledge on modding. I know how to clean, use loot, and the basic jazz.

 

Any help would be appreciated

 

Edit: I had spawned items from the quest itself. It seems like the texture for the Blade of Sacrifice is causing me to crash. I had assumed it was Legacy of the Dragonborn that's causing this. But i'm not so certain now...

 

Edit2: I've been trying to figure this out. But still no luck. Is there anything I could try? Like disabling a mod I haven't even thought of yet? I can't think of anything that would be causing this.
