LE Dodge perk

I would like mod that if blocking and attack with a single 1 handed weapon your character perfoms a dodge that slows time for stamina cost. It could use the quick reflexes and deft movement animations if possible. This would allow players to use finesse over brute strength. I don't know if its possible but some kind of move where if timed right you can counter them hard. Like if you power attack during quick reflexes it causes 3 times damage if using only 1 one handed weapon. Edited May 9, 2012 by Xen0tech
