[help]Damage Reduction 25%

well im lvl 4 in skyrim i just started and i got something that makes me reduce melee weapons 25% damage its suposed 25% but i have whit all weapons. -50 damage or -30 -22 bows swords hand to hand :S i used potions food and spell to cure disease but i dont know what else to do.

There is my list mods .... i just hit whit weapons and no damage to enemy

well i just fixed whit a back up savegame and modify some order in my mods but still ill like to know why that happend.
