While a lot of people like amazing visual magic effects, I think magic should be very uncommon to see and only the MOST powerful thing in the game, not comparable to a warrior or a thief. Also, there should be only a few people that can use magic (the mages, obviously). It is a nonsense how bandits can use magic, or Warriors can compete with mages. So I saw this mod, but it's for Oldrim, and it's outdated (2014) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57337/?tab=posts There is a magic university for something.. for learn magic! I think this should work extremely well with mods like Immersive College of Winterhold. So I make this request. Can someone make a mod similar to this??? Thank you in advance. Greetings!!
