Question about validating game cache

Previously, whenever I'd validate my game cache it would typically show that 2 files were missing. Nothing unexpected, since I always delete the HiRes Pack esp's 'cuz I have the HiRes Pack Fix, and they get replaced on a cache validation.

 

Since I reinstalled the game about a week ago, however, cache validation always shows missing 3 files the first time I run it. Since it always happens I'm thinking (hoping) it's not a problem and just something mundane.

 

I used to tweak my Skyrim INI file in My Documents/My Games/ Skyrim and never had to change my Skyrim_default.INI file in Steamapps/common/Skyrim, which I always figured was being overwritten by the one in My Documents. But now I have to manually copy/past the stuff from the Skyrim INI in My Documents into the Skyrim_default.INI every time I play. Could the 3rd "missing" file just be Steam replacing my Skyrim_default.ini with a fresh copy? (Which it never used to do.) I'm just guessing here.

 

EDIT: okay, figured out it has nothing to do with the INI, but I'm still at kind of a loss what that third file, that's always missing when I validate cache, could be. No big deal, I'm just really curious.
