About to get the game, would like some mod advice

Are there any good hair mods for male characters? Or a mod that has color sliders for hair like in Oblivion? The wood elf hair styles I saw weren't the greatest, and more importantly I really want to have my sky-blue-haired elf again. (8-Bit Theater fan. :D)

 

There is a mod called (I believe) Extended Slider Colors that will let you choose hair color in the range you're looking for. Sorry I can't link at the moment, I'm on a work computer and can't reach any other part of the Nexus.

It has made this game AMAZNG! Complete madness (in the best way possible) and would rec all of the mods I am using. Considering getting Warzones and Immersive Patrols just to complete the set-up, but dont know if that would add to much madness to the game. What do you guys think? (sorry not trying to derail your thread, I rec all of the mods I have posted, makes the game so much better!)
