SSE Transfer items between different saves mod

As the title says. I believe there was such mod for Oldrim, but it was bugged and ruined saves. So is there such talented modder who would take that request and create a way how to share items between different saves. Would be really useful when starting new game with different character, without the need to repeat same steps over and over again to obtain those items, or without requiring to use console commands.

Yes I do know there is a mod that allows explore esps and take items from them, but a quicker, more immersive way would be appreciated.
