Skyrim choppy when looking around

I tried to disable bMouseAcceleration. No VSync enabled just enb… Ultra Settings...

I doubt its your load order/mods. More likely an ini issue. I recommend downloading Bethini and running that.

Alternatively back up then delete both your ini files and start a new games. This should create new ini files.

For either option you will lose any ini changes you have made that may have been useful (such as ini amendments for grass mods).

If that does not help and you are using enb try downloading new enb files particularly the enb series and enb local
