Deleted4610270User
Skyrim and Fallout mod communities have a ton of high quality mods that alter architecture, ground textures, and plethora of other meshes and textures. TW3 gets only one mod like that - HD Reworked Project. Any ideas why? TW3 is one of the highest ranking RPG's ever made.

Deleted4610270User
I am aware of all those and I have a... legendary collection of mods, but even if I combine all of them, the total number of environment textures modded (HQ, not COMPILATION BS), pales to the amount of HQ environment textures some Skyrim mods include. However, the number of armor texture mods for TW3 is abundant, even though vanilla armors (pre 1.22 patch) looked way better than many vanilla brick textures. I think the issue is the lack of authors, but do not know why. There is still a ton of LQ textures and meshes in TW3. Modding tools for TW3 suck, but the texture importing features work almoat perfectly and it's not difficult to import texture files, although a bit more tedious than simply saving a DDS texture file into a specific directory, like in/for Skyrim and/or Fallout modding. Jirensama123
The real question is why would you want to mod the textures to that extent in the first place? When the Witcher 3 is already one of the top 5 best looking games like... ever...Perhaps the real issue lies within you wanting more than is even borderline possible in todays world of gaming, the mods the person above linked should be more than enough. The reason it pales in comparison to skyims texture mods is because Vanilla skyrim looks like an Arkham Asylum bathroom in the best possible lighting. I also have a 1080ti alongside a 7900x so our specs are very similar, and i'll tell you that I use HD reworked with max vanilla settings, and force 8x supersample AA thru NVIDIA, and the game is more than I could hope for tbh, unless ofc you want to use any of those GOD AWFUL Michael bay BLOOMgasm reshades, or even one of the "I cut every night and hate everything simulator" reshades that make everything look like black and white vomit. Outside of that theer won't be much you can do tbh, you can use some of the supreme to extreme type mods that allow you to upscale every texture to 4K, but that would be about it. In my opinion my modded to all hell Skyrim looks nowhere near as good as my Witcher 3 Does... https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1394024612 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1358886262
