Deleted5396936User
It seems like the issue is that your load order is off. It is a very good idea to use LOOT if you (presumably) aren't already - it automatically sorts and fixes up your load order for you. Hopefully that will fix it for you otherwise it might be something that someone else will have to help you with (sorry I can't be of any more use!). Deleted5396936User
Well, there might not be much more that I can do, but if you provided a bit more info, then it might be help to those who can solve your problem for you. 1. Is the base game/other DLC working fine, and you are just crashing when you try to go to Big MT? Or is it just crashing at the game startup because you installed OWB? 2. Have you recently uninstalled/deactivated any mods in the middle of a playthrough? That can sometimes cause instability, especially if it was a script-heavy mod. In that case, then it is most likely just an issue with your save game, and if you start a new game, OWB should work fine. It can be worth a test by starting a new game and running over to the crash site. Unfortunately, that is the extent of my knowledge of how I can help. Sorry these forums move slowly. I hope you find a solution soon! Edited June 5, 2018 by Guest

dubiousintent
Please see the "Windows Error Messages" section of the wiki "How to read most Bethesda game error logs" article. You should do this any time you get a CTD. Also see the 'Issue: Recent (post-Win10 FCU) CTDs after 10-20 minutes of play' entry and 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' section in general in the wiki Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide if you haven't already. -Dubious-
