HeirOfTheSeptims
So I want to make a worldspace (not an interior, I need the space) that is completely open sky, with no land or water in it. I know you can just tick off the land, but how do I get rid of the water? If I have LOD water off, and the water far enough away, would it become invisible? Or is there some way I don't know of to remove it entirely? Any ideas?
thousande
A vague answer, but I think it is possible with an interior cell.I have not played with Creation Kit/Skyrim, but I think I have seen Fallout interior cells using a combination of a Commonwealth location, an Image space and lightning to create a sky background for the interior Edited June 6, 2018 by thousande
HeirOfTheSeptims
As i said in the first sentence, it can't be an interior because I need the space of an exterior. I just need to know of any way to have a worldspcae with no water in it whatsoever. Edited June 7, 2018 by HeirOfTheSeptems
thousande
Have not tried it, but see the Cell Lighting Tab for an interior cell, there should be a checkbox saying "Show Sky" https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Interior_Cells It is just called interior, but can be/is used for a lot of things
TwinCrows
Yeah, I don't understand why you are so hesitant to use an interior cell. Interior cells are not limited to a certain amount of space, so far as I know. I'd say give it a shot, and if it doesn't work how you wanted it to, you can always move everything to a different cell (interior or exterior). HeirOfTheSeptims
I do know that Interior size is limited, otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it. If you build outside of a certain radius everything you put out there will be crushed on top of you when you enter the area. The setting I need to build is very large and needs to all be connected, so as I said, I need the space of a worldspace.
Evangela
Having worldspaces act as interiors is a practice that Bethesda has used a lot in the game, though you probably already know this. I don't think it's possible to remove the water that is there by default. You can just adjust its height to really low levels below the land.
