Crash on load after entering Vilemyr Inn after Way of the Voice Quest

I've got this really strange problem:
Apparently something with the Vilemyr Inn keeps ruining my savegame, when I enter it after having completed the Way of the Voice quest.
I can go anywhere, play any quest, but as soon as I have entered the Vilemyr Inn, when I quit the game and try to load a save after that, the game crashes during loading.
Does anybody of you guys know, what could cause this issue?

Hello man, I noticed same problem with this place, after entering to Vilemyr Inn I couldn't load skyrim back or if I have some save inside already made I am not able to get out. After loading outside of Skyrim only black screen remains. So I have to avoid going inside of the Inn and forget to try to finish related quests. If anybody know what to do please tell us. Thx

Yeah, yeah, I'm 6 years too late but as I just had the same issue (for the first time) and found the problem (though not the solution) I think it might still help others:

 

It seems to be Immersive Citizens. I deactivated ONLY this mod and it works. But I have no idea what exactly the problem is. I just got a brand new PC and didn't have this freeze/ctd on my old one that definitely was on its limit. So it is not performance-related. Also, I had the freeze/ctd when entering "Wind Path"-player home where no NPC are.

Nevertheless deactivating IC solved the problem. It really is a pity because I simply loved this mod ...
